Was a military offensive launched in December 2017 by pro-government forces against the Houthis in Al Hudaydah Governorate, during the Yemeni Civil War (2014 - present).

February 2018: The coalition claimed that the sites of Garrahi were captured by the coalition.

March 2018: On 21 March, the coalition captured Jabal Ras.

February 2018: Fall of the town of Hays to government forces.

May 2018: UAE-backed loyalists captured the Durahemi district.

December 2017: Pro-Hadi government troops entered Al Hudaydah Governorate on the night of 6-7 December, and drove Houthi fighters from the town of Al Khawkhah.

December 2017: Pro-government sources claimed that the Houthis were collapsing before the advancing forces, and had lost control of the district of Hays.
