Were a series of battles in and around Mayadin, in the Deir ez-Zor Governatorate, during the Syrian Civil War.

October 2017: The Syrian Army retook the town of Mayadin, ending the 4 year long ISIL rule over it.
July 2014: On 3 July 2014, ISIL captured Mayadin.
August 2012: Free Syrian Army captured Mayadin in late August 2012 after fighting.
