January 1232: The bishop of Asti conquered and destroyed Mondovi in 1231.
January 1233: The independence of the city of Mondovi was reestablished in 1232.
January 1275: In 1274 it returned under the subjection of the bishops of Asti.
January 1291: Mondovi obtained the recognition of autonomous Commune.
August 1342: The County of Asti was established on August 14 1342 for the free adhesion of the citizens of Asti to the dominion of the Viscontiof Milan.
