Establishment

January 1551: Datarpur State was founded around 1550 by Raja Datarsinh. It was annexed by the British in 1849 after the death of Raja Bhimsinh, the last ruler of the state. The territory is located in present-day Gujarat, India.

Disestablishment

January 1850: Datarpur State, founded around 1550, was annexed by the British in 1849. The ruler at the time of annexation was Raja Fateh Singh, who had to cede control of the territory to the British East India Company.
