  • January 1295: A joint force of the Serbian Kings Dragutin and Stefan Milutin managed to defeat the brothers Darman and Kudelin, who were jointly ruling the region of Braničevo.

  • January 1302: After the extinction of the Árpád dynasty in 1301, Ugrin Csak became one of the so-called oligarchs or provincial lords, who ruled de facto independently their dominions.

  • January 1315: Upon the death of Stefan Dragutin, who ruled northern Serbia, death in 1314 Serbian King Milutin conquered most of his lands including Belgrade.
