  • January 1431: Nyatsimba Mutota was a warrior prince who founded the Kingdom of Mutapa in the early 15th century.

  • January 1451: The Kingdom of Butua was founded by the Rozvi people and ruled by King Changamire Dombo. It was a powerful state known for its skilled warriors and impressive stone architecture. The kingdom controlled trade routes and had a complex social structure.
