Was a conflict in Iraq that consisted in the invasion and occupation of the country by a United States-led coalition. The invasion occurred as part of the George W. Bush administration's war on terror following the September 11 attacks, despite no connection between Iraq and the attacks. After the withdraw of coalition forces, an internal war known as War in Iraq (2013-2017) begun.
