Establishment
January 1301: Suppa is established shortly after the founding of the Bone state around 1300.
January 1301: The Makassar kingdom of Gowa emerged around 1300 CE.

Were a series of military operations by the Dutch Empire to occupy South Sulawesi (modern-day Indonesia).
1.1.Campaign against Gowa
Was a Dutch military expedition against the Sultanate of Gowa in South Sulawesi (Indonesia).
December 1905: The Dutch besieged the fortress of Alitta, killing all the Gowan soldiers inside.
January 1906: Gowa and Bone were annexed to the Government of Sulawesi (Dutch East Indies).
January 1451: Division of the kingdom into two new kingdoms led by two Kopi's sons: Kingdom of Gowa led by Batara Gowa as its 7th king covering areas of Paccelekang, Pattalasang, Bontomanai Ilau, Bontomanai 'Iraya, Tombolo and Mangasa while the other son, Karaeng Loe ri Sero, led a new kingdom called Tallo which includes areas of Saumata, Pannampu, Moncong Loe, and Parang Loe.
January 1501: The Kingdom of Tallo dates from the mid-15th century.
January 1502: For years both kingdoms were involved in wars until the kingdom of Tallo was defeated. During the reign of King of Gowa X, I Manriwagau Daeng Bonto Karaeng Lakiung Tunipalangga Ulaweng (1512-1546), the two kingdoms were reunified to become twin kingdoms under a deal called Rua Kareng se're ata (dual kings, single people in Makassarese) and enforced with a binding treaty.
January 1541: Portuguese from at least the 1540s, began to make this port their base for trading to the Spice Islands' (Maluku), further east.
January 1551: During the reign of the 10th King of Gowa, Tunipalangga Ulaweng, and the 4th King of Tallo, Daeng Padulu (c. 1540-1576), an agreement was reached. This was known as Rua karaeng se're ata (two kings but one people). The agreement regulated the fellowship so that the King of Gowa became Sombaya (highest king) while the King of Tallo became the 'blind Speaker' of the fellowship of the two kingdoms. Since then, the Kingdom of Tallo was always involved in and supported the expansion of the Sultanate of Gowa in South Sulawesi and beyond.
January 1610: Sidenreng, the last surviving Ajatappareng principality, was annexed by Gowa in 1609.
January 1701: Expansion of the Dutch East India Company in Indonesia by 1700.
January 1783: Expansion of the Dutch East India Company in Indonesia by 1782.
Disestablishment
January 1906: Gowa and Bone were annexed to the Government of Sulawesi (Dutch East Indies).
