Was a Javanese Hindu kingdom located in east Java between 1222 and 1292. The kingdom succeeded the Kingdom of Kediri as the dominant kingdom in eastern Java.
Establishment
January 1223: The last king of Kediri was Kertajaya (1200-1222). His royal seal was Garudamukha, the same as Airlangga's. In 1222 he was forced to surrender his throne to Ken Arok and so lost the sovereignty of his kingdom to the new kingdom of Singhasari.

2.1.Invasion of Java
The Yuan dynasty under Kublai Khan attempted in 1292 to invade Java, an island in modern Indonesia.
March 1293: The Mongolian troops gathered in Kali Mas.
March 1293: The army led by Kublai Khan arrived at Daha on 19 March 1293. The battle was fought against the Kediri forces, led by Jayakatwang. Despite attacking three times, the Kediri forces were defeated and forced to flee by the Yuan Dynasty army.
April 1293: A number of Mongol ships were attacked and destroyed by the Javanese fleet commanded by rakryan mantri Aria Adikara. The Yuan forces had to withdraw in confusion, as the monsoon winds to carry them home would soon end, leaving them to wait in a hostile island for six months. After all of the troops had boarded the ships on the coast, they battled the Javanese fleet. After repelling it, they sailed back on 24 April to Quanzhou.
January 1276: In 1275, Dharmasraya was conquered in the Pamalayu Expedition by the powerful neighboring Kingdom of Singasari based in East Sumatra.
January 1285: In 1284, Javanese king Kertanegara of the Singhasari Kingdom launched a military offensive expedition against the Balinese ruler in the Kingdom of Bali.
January 1291: King Kertanegara was the ruler of the Singhasari Kingdom in Java. He defeated the Srivijayan Empire in 1290, expanding his territory to include Java and Bali. This marked the end of Srivijayan influence in the region.
January 1293: After the Jayakatwang rebellion of Gelang-gelang in 1292 that led to the death of Kertanegara and the fall of Singhasari, Java was unable to assert their rule upon Bali, and once again Balinese rulers enjoyed their independence from Java.
January 1293: Fall of the Singhasari Kingdom.
November 1293: Prince Wijaya, son-in-law of Kertanegara, the last Singhasari king, then ascended the throne as Kertajasa Jayawardhana, the first king of the great Majapahit Empire.
