In 382 AD the Thervingi and Gruthungi Ostrogoths became Foederati of the Roman Empire, and were allowed to establish a country in Moesia and Lower Scythia.

Establishment


  • October 382: On October 3, 382, ​​peace was signed between the Roman Empire and the Goths.
