March 3-April 30, 1929: una guerra civile avvenuta in Messico, soprattutto al nord, nel 1929 durante il Maximato, tra le forze governative del presidente Emilio Portes Gil e le forze ribelli sotto il comando del generale José Gonzalo Escobar. Dopo un iniziale successo con la presa di diverse città-chiave del nord, i ribelli di Escobar furono decisamente sconfitti.

March 1929: March 3 - April 30, 1929: a civil war occurred in Mexico, especially in the north, in 1929 during the Maximato, between the government forces of President Emilio Portes Gil and the rebel forces under the command of General José Gonzalo Escobar. After initial success in capturing several key northern cities, Escobar's rebels were decisively defeated.
