Was formed in territories of what is now Switzerland on 29 January 1367, to resist the rising power of the Bishopric of Chur and the House of Habsburg. The League allied with the Grey League and the League of the Ten Jurisdictions in 1471 to form the Three Leagues.

  • January 1367: The League of Gods was formed in Chur on January 29, 1367 with the aim of preventing the House of Habsburg from gradually taking over the diocese of Chur.

  • January 1379: Based on Gustav Droysen's Map of the Holy Roman Empire in the XIV century.

  • April 1399: On April 4, 1399, the ruler of Hohentrins (who was sworn to the Count of Werdenberg-Heiligenburg) and the people of Trin, Tamins and the toll bridge to Reichenau joined the League of God's House.

  • September 1408: The Cumün (valley community, including Brusio), which now always appeared as a unit, sought protection from the bishop and joined the church association on September 29, 1408.

  • January 1472: The Three Leagues was an alliance formed in 1471 in the Grisons region of Switzerland. It consisted of the League of God's House, the League of the Ten Jurisdictions, and the Grey League. This alliance was created to strengthen their political and military power in the region.
