Narasimhagupta was a king who ruled over the Gupta Empire from 501 to 530. During his reign, the Gupta Empire faced several significant wars and revolts. One of the most important conflicts was the invasion by the Hephthalites, also known as the White Huns, which occurred between 515 and 530. This invasion posed a major threat to the Gupta Empire and resulted in significant territorial losses. Another notable event during Narasimhagupta's rule was the revolt of his own son, Kumaragupta II, in 528. This rebellion further weakened the empire and led to a period of instability. Despite these challenges, Narasimhagupta's reign marked a crucial period in the decline of the Gupta Empire.
