Trần Nhân Tông was the third emperor of the Trần Dynasty, ruling over Đại Việt (now Vietnam) from 1278 to 1293. During his reign, he faced several significant wars, including the Second Mongol Invasion in 1285 and the Third Mongol Invasion in 1288. These invasions were led by Kublai Khan's Yuan Dynasty and aimed to conquer Đại Việt. Despite being outnumbered and facing a formidable enemy, Trần Nhân Tông successfully defended his kingdom and repelled the Mongol forces, preserving the independence and sovereignty of Đại Việt.
