Icon William Howard Taft, President (usa) : All Data

William Howard Taft was the 27th President of the United States, serving from 1909 to 1913. During his tenure, the most significant war was the Mexican Revolution, which lasted from 1910 to 1920. Although Taft's presidency coincided with the early years of the revolution, the major conflicts and battles occurred after his term ended. Therefore, there were no major wars directly associated with Taft's rule. However, it is worth noting that Taft did play a role in promoting peace and arbitration, particularly through his support for the establishment of the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague.
