Xiaozong was an Emperor of the Song Dynasty who ruled from 1162 to 1189. He governed over the Southern Song Empire, which encompassed regions of present-day China. These wars, which occurred from 1125 to 1234, were a series of military campaigns between the Jin Dynasty and the Song Dynasty.
