Guangwu, also known as Emperor Guangwu, was the ruler of the Han Dynasty from 25 to 57 AD. He ruled over the Eastern Han Empire, which encompassed modern-day China. During his reign, Guangwu faced several significant wars and revolts. One of the most important conflicts was the War of the Red Eyebrows, which occurred from 17 to 27 AD. This rebellion was led by the Red Eyebrows Society and aimed to overthrow the ruling dynasty. Another notable war was the Rebellion of the Seven States, which took place from 54 to 57 AD. This uprising was a result of political instability and power struggles within the empire.
