Narasimha III was a powerful king who ruled over the Hoysala Empire from 1276 to 1277. During his short reign, he faced significant challenges, including the invasion of the Delhi Sultanate led by Malik Kafur in 1276. This war, known as the Siege of Warangal, resulted in the defeat of the Hoysala Empire and the capture of several important cities. Despite his efforts to resist the invasion, Narasimha III was unable to prevent the loss of territory and the weakening of his empire.
