Henry V was the King of England from 1413 to 1422. He is best known for his military successes during the Hundred Years' War, particularly the famous Battle of Agincourt in 1415. This decisive victory against the French during the war allowed Henry V to secure his claim to the French throne and led to the Treaty of Troyes in 1420, which named him as the heir to the French crown. His reign also saw the continuation of the war with France, including the Siege of Rouen in 1418 and the Battle of Baugé in 1421.
