Romulus was the legendary founder and first king of the Kingdom of Rome, reigning from -753 to -719. During his rule, the Kingdom of Rome faced several significant conflicts. This war was fought between the Romans and the Sabines, resulting in the integration of the Sabines into Roman society. Another important conflict was the War with the Veientes, which took place around -753 to -717. This war was fought between Rome and the Etruscan city-state of Veii, and it lasted for several decades, ultimately resulting in Roman victory and the expansion of Roman territory.
