Nanda was the ruler of the Kingdom of Toungoo from 1582 to 1598. During his reign, the kingdom faced several significant conflicts. One of the most important wars was the Toungoo-Ava War, which took place from 1584 to 1597. This war was fought against the Ava Kingdom and resulted in the capture of the Ava capital in 1597. Another notable conflict was the Toungoo-Mrauk U War, which occurred from 1593 to 1595. This war was fought against the Arakan Kingdom and ended with the Toungoo forces capturing the Arakan capital in 1595. Nanda's rule was marked by these military campaigns, which expanded the influence and power of the Kingdom of Toungoo.
