Dantidurga was a king of the Rashtrakuta Dynasty who ruled from 754 to 756. He was a powerful ruler who expanded his kingdom across central and southern India. During his reign, he successfully led military campaigns against the Gurjara-Pratihara Dynasty, culminating in the Battle of Rajasthan in 756. This war marked a significant victory for Dantidurga, as he defeated the Pratihara ruler Nagabhata II and established his dominance in the region. Additionally, he also faced internal revolts and conflicts within his kingdom, but managed to suppress them and maintain his authority.
