Trajan was a Roman Emperor who ruled over the Roman Empire from 98 to 117 AD. During his reign, he expanded the empire to its greatest territorial extent. One of the most significant wars that occurred during Trajan's tenure was the Dacian Wars, which took place from 101 to 102 AD and again from 105 to 106 AD. These wars resulted in the annexation of Dacia (modern-day Romania) into the Roman Empire. Another notable conflict was the Parthian War, which happened from 114 to 117 AD. This war aimed to conquer Parthia (modern-day Iran) but ended inconclusively due to Trajan's death.
