Ekathotsarot was the ruler of the Ayutthaya Kingdom from 1606 to 1610. During his reign, he faced several significant wars and conflicts. One of the most notable was the Burmese-Siamese War, which occurred from 1609 to 1610. This war resulted in the Burmese invasion of Ayutthaya and the subsequent Siamese victory. Another important conflict was the Siamese-Vietnamese War, which took place from 1607 to 1608. This war saw Ayutthaya successfully defending its territory against Vietnamese aggression.
