Hồ Hán Thương was the ruler of the Hồ dynasty, reigning from 1403 to 1407. During his tenure, he faced significant challenges, including the Ming-Hồ War (1406-1407), which marked the climax of the conflict between the Hồ dynasty and the Ming dynasty of China. This war resulted in the Ming dynasty's invasion of Vietnam and the eventual downfall of the Hồ dynasty. Despite his efforts to defend his kingdom, Hồ Hán Thương was unable to withstand the might of the Ming forces, leading to the end of his rule and the establishment of Ming control over Vietnam.
