Jinheung was the 24th ruler of the Silla Kingdom, reigning from 540 to 576. During his tenure, he faced several significant wars and revolts. One of the most important wars was the Goguryeo-Silla War, which occurred from 551 to 553. This conflict saw Silla, under Jinheung's leadership, successfully repel Goguryeo's invasion attempts and establish a stronger position in the region. Another notable war was the Baekje-Silla War, which took place from 553 to 562. Jinheung led Silla forces in this conflict, ultimately resulting in the defeat of Baekje and the expansion of Silla's territory.
