Johannes Schober, Chancellor (austria) : All Data
Johannes Schober was the Chancellor of the First Austrian Republic from 1921 to 1922. During his tenure, he faced the aftermath of World War I and the challenges of rebuilding the country. Although there were no major wars during his rule, Austria was still dealing with the consequences of the war, including economic instability and political unrest. The most significant conflict during this period was the Hungarian–Austrian War of 1921, which occurred shortly before Schober took office. This war resulted in the establishment of the Austrian-Hungarian border and further strained the already fragile political situation in Austria.
