Ramathibodi II was the king of the Ayutthaya Kingdom, reigning from 1491 to 1529. During his rule, he faced several significant wars and conflicts. One of the most important wars was the Burmese-Siamese War of 1502-1503, where Ayutthaya successfully defended its territory against Burmese invasion. Another notable conflict was the Ayutthaya-Lan Na War of 1517-1518, which resulted in Ayutthaya's victory and the annexation of the Lan Na Kingdom. Ramathibodi II's reign also witnessed the Ayutthaya-Pegu War of 1527-1528, where Ayutthaya fought against the Mon Kingdom of Pegu, ultimately leading to a stalemate. Despite these challenges, Ramathibodi II's rule marked a period of expansion and consolidation for the Ayutthaya Kingdom.
